I knew I wouldn't last a week before another question. Oh well.
Lip reading. It would be a fair challenge to get accurate, obviously. That's in English. What about in languages like Vietnamese or Cantonese, where you can have the same word, with the same lip movements, eg. MA, that pronounced or stressed different ways can have up to 6 different meanings.
Are the context and words around it enough to be able to succesfully do it?
Can you lip read Vietnamese?

Erm... with Vietnamese language you can do lip reading. However, Cantonese and Mandarin it would be very hard. The reasons are, due to Cantonese and Mandarin have such a vast vocabulary, each word has different sound and I believe there are more than ten thousand of them. So, whoever know them all, then I believe that person can do lip reading in Cantonese and Mandarin, and providing that person has a really good eye sight as well... (>.<)!!!
Anyhow...Hopefully, I'll see you next Monday Bennie. Otherwise, I think I will take another 2 days off. My right wrist is killing me at the moment. I couldn't sleep on Thursday night cause of the pain. Have a good one man!
